Cooking Class FAQ
All classes are hands on unless otherwise noted. Maximum class size is 12 students
Classes typically last 2 1/2- 4 hours
Students will work in teams of 2-3 and, depending on the class, will rotate through stations to experience each cooking method being taught in that class
We will gather at the end of class to taste the fruits of our labors along with a complimentary glass of wine and reflect on our experience.
Please wear closed toe shoes and tie long hair back away from face.
Aprons will be provided.
